Kyung Hee University Taekwondo Demonstration Team was founded in 1987 for the first time by a four-year university. The Taekwondo demonstration team is a special organization for the promotion of Kyung Hee University and is composed of students from Kyung Hee University. Many members have been selected to participate in the national demonstration team. We have about 70 demonstrations a year across the country, including Brazil, South Africa, Greece, and Singapore. In addition, we have been invited to participate in various events such as the War Veterans' Conciliation Day, the World Military Olympic closing ceremony and the World Taekwondo Leaders Forum demonstration. And we have done excellent works in various competitions. Not only doing KyukPa(breaking the wood board), we demonstrate in a diverse ways by showing various works such as taekwondo aerobics. In addition, Kyung Hee Univ. demonstraion team is serving as a pioneer of new taekwondo performances by adding stories in the performance.
