Athletic Training Center

The Athletic Training (AT) Center is located in Sunseung Kwan (Comprehensive Gymnasium).
The AT Center manages the physical strength and injuries of some 250 athletes of the Kyung Hee University. The AT Center also operates a "Sports Rehabilitation Exercise Program" to promote and maintain health among school members (teachers and students). Teams from professional and amateur sports teams near Gyeonggi Province are visiting for rehabilitation training. It is being used as an educational space to operate training classes and seminars on sports university majors and sports medicine, such as sports injury prevention and care, sports rehabilitation, physical therapy, and clinical practice. Athletic Training Club students organize small group studies to study specific topics, and getting hands-on training opportunities through athletes and the public enrolled in AT Center rehabilitation programs.

AT Center is…

AT Lab study performance enhancement such as warming up and stretching of elite athletes, athletic functions such as sprinting or maximum vertical jump, physical strength and conditioning, and strategies to recover from fatigue. In addition, AT Lab is actively conducting clinical research on rehabilitation movement/treatment for functional recovery by observing changes in muscle activation.
